At Maison we also had opportunities to walk around the studio and style the mannequins. We were given specific looks to achieve and were able to add our own twists to make them fun and exciting!

At my placement I was mostly in charge of doing a lot of the social media updates. Showing recent trends and how to use Maison to obtain it. We also updated twitter and used a lot of time to update international and canadian media contacts.

EDITORAL SHOOT

The editorial shoot was one of my favorites. I really enjoyed dressing the model and everything that it took to get ready for the shoot. It was a fun opportunity and has given me the courage i need to keep going!

PERSONAL IDENTITY

This was a very fun assignment to work on. I feel this is something that I will probably use in the future if needed. I enjoyed finding my own theme and images that fit my style instead of using images that were given to us. With this assignment we were able to express our own abilities, personalities and style.

This was a fun project to produce. We had to develop our own event posters and tickets with images that we enjoyed but also combining everything that we were taught into one assignment, which was a real test to see how much we remembered.

For this project we had to develop our own sale signs that would be seen in stores or even on the internet. Although an easy project there were still some difficulties and was quite time consuming but worth it.

SWEET ESCAPE

This project was to further our skills in photo shop by masking and fixing simple flaws in editorial spreads.
